			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Cancer is a class of diseases characterized by out-of-control cell  growth. There are over 100 different types of cancer, and each is  classified by the type of cell that is initially affected.  Cancer harms the body when damaged cells divide uncontrollably to form  lumps or masses of tissue called tumors (except in the case of leukemia  where cancer prohibits normal blood  function by abnormal cell division in the blood stream). Tumors can grow  and interfere with the digestive, nervous, and circulatory systems, and  they can release hormones that alter body  function. Tumors that stay in one spot and demonstrate limited growth  are generally considered to be benign.</p>
<p>Treatment:  Simultaneously with medical treatment,   Yoga practice  is beneficial for Cancer and allied symptoms. Simple Yoga Asana ( Posture)  with Pranayma is very useful for the recovery of all types of cancer. Carbon-dioxide is generated throughout the body and carried away by the blood to the lungs where it is expelled when you breathe out. The blood carries oxygen from the lungs to all parts of the body. The more carbon-dioxide you expel from the lungs the more oxygen will be absorbed by the blood and used to repair the body. That is why patients are given oxygen to help recovery. There is only 20 percent oxygen in the air we breathe, so in normal breathing a healthy person gets enough oxygen to survive. So anyone with a health condition definitely needs to breathe a lot more to get enough oxygen to service the body parts which need more repair work. The red blood cells(RBC) have a life of 120 days and platelets have a life of 8-10 days so increased production of these cells is needed to get better and so pranayama helps. The whole body is rebuilt every 9 months, so most conditions will have benefited over 9 months. It is important to continue pranayama for life to stay healthy. Pranayama(breathing) looks after the body software(heart,lungs,kidney,thyroid,liver) and Yoga asanas(physical exercise) looks after body hardware. In short, due to Pranayama more oxygen can enter in the body by which all unwanted elements will be rejected by the body.</p>
<p>Along with Pranayama  one can practice Meditation and Japa yoga which will make speedy and complete cure of the above symptoms and also all other blood related and other diseases.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>&#8221; MAYA &#8221; is a term generally used in Vedanta philosophy. It&#8217;s literary meaning is ILLUSION.  When Prana, the Life force  acts on Akasha or Ether, everything in the Universe is manifested. The another word used for this manifestation is projection.</p>
<p>In Vedanta philosophy, Maya is the limited, purely physical and mental reality in  which our everyday consciousness has become entangled. The concept of Maya was introduced by the great ninth-century Hindu philosopher Adi Sankara . According to Him, everything in this Universe is the result of Maya or Projection. The real is the Brahman only.  Since  Brahman is the only truth, Maya is true but not the truth, the  difference being that the truth is the truth forever while what is true  is only true for now. Since Maya causes the material world to be seen,  it is true in itself but is untrue in comparison to the Brahman. On the  other hand, Maya is not false. It is true in itself but untrue in  comparison with the absolute truth. In this sense, reality includes Maya  and the Brahman. The goal of spiritual enlightenment ought to be to see  Brahman and Maya and distinguish between them. Hence, Maya is described  as indescribable. Maya has two principal functions: one is to veil  Brahman and obscure and conceal it from our consciousness; the other is  to present and promulgate the material world and the veil of duality  instead of Brahman. The veil of Maya may be pierced, and, with diligence  and grace, may be permanently rent. Maya  gets destroyed for a person when they perceive Brahman with  transcendental knowledge.   Maya  becomes the divine magical power of the Supreme Lord. Maya <em>is</em> the  veritable fabric of duality, and it performs this role at the behest  of the Supreme Lord. &#8221; TAT TWAM ASI &#8221;</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Evolution is generally defined as &#8220;a series of changes over a period of time, resulting in something new arising&#8221;. In the matter of the projection of Akasha or Ether and Prana or the Life force into the manifested form and the return to fine state, there is a good deal of similarity between Indian thought and modern science. The moderns have their evolution, and so have the Yogis. But I think that the Yogis&#8217; explanation of evolution is the better one. &#8216; The change of one species into another is attained by the  infilling of nature.&#8217; The basic idea is that we are  changing from one species to another, and that man is the highest species. Our education and progression simply mean taking away the obstacles, and by its own nature the divinity will manifest itself. This does away with all the struggle for existence. The miserable experiences of the life are simply in the way, and can be eliminated entirely. They are not necessary for evolution. Even if they did not exist, we should progress. It is in the very nature of things to manifest themselves. The momentum is not from outside, but comes from inside. Each soul is the sum total of the universal experiences already coiled up there; and of all these experiences, only those will come out which find suitable circumstances.</p>
<p>The theory of biological evolution is the best known evolutionary idea  in modern science, however evolutionary concepts are common in all  sciences not just biology. All Religions of the world say that the man is created out of intelligence. The DESA AVATARA (Ten Forms) Hindu theory is not to be construed as one supporting the Darwin&#8217;s theory  of evolution. All these are divine manifestations of the same Supreme God.  It means, God is perceived in all living things.</p>

<p>&#8221; sarva-dharman parityajya -  mam ekam saranam vraja &#8211; aham tvam sarva- papebhyo &#8211; moksayisyami ma sucah &#8220;  ( Bhagavda-gita ) &#8220;  (Sankrit ).  The meaning  -   One should give up all other processes of self-realization and simply execute devotional service in Krishna ( God ) consciousness. That will enable one to reach the highest perfection of life. There is no need for one to consider the sinful actions of his past life, because the Supreme Lord fully takes charge of him. Therefore one should not futilely try to deliver himself in spiritual realization. Let everyone take shelter of the supreme omnipotent Godhead, Krishna. That is the highest perfection of life.</p>
<p><strong></strong>It is also a types of  Yoga mentioned in Hindu philosophies which denotes the spiritual practice of fostering loving devotion or Bhakti <em></em> to a personal form of God. Anybody can practice this Yoga and even a lay man can become a Jhani ( a man of wisdom ) by doing so.  One who understands the difference between the body, the soul and the Super-soul beyond them both attain liberation from the material world. It is said in Bhagavat-gita  by Lord Krishna -&#8221;  those who follows this imperishable path of devotional service and who completely  engage themselves with faith, making Me the supreme goal, are very, very dear to Me.  &#8221; OM TAT SAT &#8221;</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong> </strong> The greatness of Saffron color is very important in  Hinduism.  During Enlightenment a Yogi can see this color through his Ajna &#8211;  chakra.The purpose of  human life is for this Enlightenment. In fact  everyone has to come  to this stage once in  his birth cycle. When the  spiritual sadhana is fulfilled, the Yogi&#8217;s Kundalini power (Spiritual  power) will be awakened and it travels through the six upward centers,  then the different Lotuses of these six centers will be bloomed through  Ajna chakra few times, the color of which is SAFFRON. This is a secret  information known only to experienced Yogis and Saints. Actually this  color is a combination of Red and Gold mainly or the combined color  of the six centers , viz.Mooladhara,Swathistana,Manipoora,  Anahatha,Vishuthdhi and Ajna.The color of  Mooladhara  is Red and the  color of Manipura is  yellow(Pure Gold).Thereafter the above power will  be assimilated in the Sahasrara(Crown Chakra), the seventh  center ,ending in samadhi.The Saffron is a symbol of complete  renunciation adopted by Saints and Yogis.It may be due to the above  reason. This is my view.</p>
<p>If there is any color that can symbolize all aspects of Hinduism, it&#8217;s saffron    &#8211; the color of Agni or fire, which reflects the Supreme Being. As such, the fire<a href="http://hinduism.about.com/od/artculture/ig/Sacred-Symbols-of-Hinduism/Symbol---Homakunda.htm"> </a> is regarded as a distinct symbol of ancient Vedic rites since it is the purest among the Panchboothas ( five matters ), viz, Ether, Air, Earth, Fire and Water, out of which everything in the Universe is manifested. The saffron    color, also auspicious to the Sikhs, the Buddists  and the Jains, seems to have obtained religious    significance much before these religious came into being.  Fire worship had its origin in the Vedic age. The foremost hymn in the  Rig Veda glorifies fire: &#8220;<em>Agnimile purohitam yagnasya devam rtvijam,    hotaram ratna dhatamam</em>.&#8221; When sages moved from one <em>ashram</em> to    another, it was customary to carry fire along. The inconvenience to carry a    burning substance over long distances may have given rise to the symbol of a  Saffron <a href="http://hinduism.about.com/od/artculture/ig/Sacred-Symbols-of-Hinduism/Symbol---Dhvaja.htm"> Flag . </a>Triangular and often forked saffron flags are seen fluttering atop    most Sikh and Hindu temples. While Sikhs regard it as a militant color, Buddhist    monks and Hindu saints wear robes of this color as a mark of renunciation of    material  life. &#8221; OM TAT SAT &#8221;</p>

From this energy field sub atomic particles jump in and out                      of existence all the time. The material world does not seem                      to be as solid as we thought it was.The zero point field is science&#8217;s equivalent of Eastern spirituality&#8217;s                      Akashic field, the omnipresent all penetrating ether field                      from which both the material and immaterial world comes into                      existence.Recent scientific discoveries have inspired frontier scientists                      now to merge contemporary science with ancient Eastern esoteric                      wisdom.</p>
<p>When we talk of Eastern philosophy, viz. Vedas and Upanishads, these  are complete Spiritual Science and it is being researched now a days by various Organizations in the whole world. It mainly discuss the relation between human, all living things  and nature and how all these have been occurred. In fact, the ancient Saints of India were pure Spiritual Scientists of then times and their research were based on attaining wisdom of the Universe. And they were successful in their attempt. They discovered the secrets of the Universe which they described in their various spiritual works known as Vedas and Upanishads. In no other part of the world was so curious  about such studies and in fact one can find a glimpse of  Vedas in all the world religions.</p>
<p>Philosophy is defined as the perfect science and the science of  perfection. The word philosophy means friendship for or love of wisdom.  Those who study and practice spiritual science are lovers of wisdom,  whose lives are devoted to the discovery and application of truth. Plato  wrote, &#8220;Philosophy is the greatest good which the gods have conferred  upon.&#8221;   &#8221; OM TAT SAT &#8221;</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Vedanta philosophy, as it is generally called at the present day, really comprises all the various sects that now exist in India. The word Vedanta literally means the end of the Vedas &#8211; the Vedas being the scriptures of the Hindus.</p>
<p>The Vedas are divided mainly into two portions; the Karma kanda and Jnana kanda &#8211; the work portion and the knowledge portion.To the karma-kanda being the famous hymns and the rituals of Brahmanas. Those books which treat of spiritual matters apart from ceremonials are called Upanishads. Upanishads belong to the Jnana-kanda, or knowledge portion. It is not that all the  Upanishads were composed as a separate portion of the Vedas. Some are interspersed among the rituals and at least one is in the Samhita, or hymn portion. Sometimes the term Upanishad is applied to books which are not included in the Vedas- e.g. the Bhagavad  Gita; but as a rule it is applied to the philosophical treaties scattered through the Vedas. These treaties have been collected, and are called the  ﻿Vedanta.</p>
<p>The Vedanta, then practically forms the scriptures of the Hindus, and all the systems of philosophy that are orthodox have to take it as their foundation. Even the Buddhas and  Jains, when it suits their purpose, will quote a passage from the Vedanta as authority. All schools of philosophy in India, although they claim to have been based upon the Vedas, took different names for their systems. The last one, the system of Vyasa, took its stand upon the doctrines of Vedas more than the previous systems did, and made an attempt to harmonize  the preceding philosophers, such as the Sankhya and the Nyaya, with the doctrines of the Vedanta.So it is specially called the Vedanta philosophy; and the Sutras  or aphorisms of Vyasa are, in modern India, the basis of Vedanta philosophy. Again, these Sutras of Vyasa have been variously explained by different commentators. In general there are three sorts of commentators in India now; from their interpretations have arisen three systems of  philosophy and sects. One is the dualistic, or Dyaita, a second is the qualified non-dualistic, or Vishishtadvaita; and a third is the non-dualistic, or  Advaita. Of these the dualistic and the qualified non-dualistic include the largest number of Indian people.</p>
<p>All the Vedantists  agree on three points. They believe in God, in the Vedas as revealed, and in cycles.The belief about cycles is as follows. All matter throughout the Universe is the outcome of  one primal matter called Akasha; and all force, whether gravitation, attraction or repulsion , or life, is the outcome of one primal force called Prana. Prana acting on Akasha is creating or projecting the universe. At the beginning of a cycle, Akasha is motionless, unmanifested. Then Prana begins to act, more and more, creating grosser and grosser forms out of Akasha &#8211; plants, animals, men, stars and so on. After an incalculable time this evolution ceases and involution begins, everything being resolved back through finer and finer forms into the original Akasha and Prana, when a new cycle follows. Now there is something beyond Aksha and Prana. Both can be resolved into a third thing called Mahat &#8211; Cosmic Mind. This Cosmic Mind does not create Akasha and Prana  but changes itself into them.</p>
<p>The above are the very basis of Vedanta Philosophy. The real happiness is God, Love is God, freedom is God; and everything that is bondage is not God.&#8221; TAT TWAM ASI &#8221;</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Everything in this world is transitory and fleeting. From the highest manifestation of human life to the lowest worm all are destined to perish. No man was ever born who could stop his body from changing constantly. Body is the name of a series of changes. What remains, then but character? Time swallows up everything except character; this is the only thing it cannot touch.</p>
<p>If we look back and study the history of mankind, we find that, no matter how hard the struggle may have been to live here forever, in the end all have been conquered by death. Emperors and kings have strives to build up something permanent, but in vain. Look at the mighty Roman Empire, look at the wonderful Greek civilization, where are they?  The one has crumbled into dust, the other lies in ruins. And what has outlived them. The message of Jesus Christ, the son of a carpenter, and that of the beggar Buddha. They are still ruling the Universe. Mysterious are the ways of Lord. Those who wanted to live dies; those who were willing to die have continue to live. Christ who freely gave up His life, lives eternally. Buddha, who renounced a whole kingdom, rules over half of the world.</p>
<p>Why did these great Teachers renounce? Because they found that everything that is a combination of matter is destined to  perish; and they sought something more permanent. When Christ was tempted by the devil, He cast aside the world because He well knew is hollowness and that it could never bring real happiness. So Buddha resisted the temptations of Mara, because he has realized that this world could bring only  sorrow in the end. Both of these great Souls valued character more than all else and devoted all their attention to that. They renounced or threw aside all material things knowing that character alone would live. Such is the prime importance of character building. We can all attain the same perfection. But only when we build our characters on the firm foundation of purity, unselfishness and non- attachment, will they remain unshaken in all the varying conditions of life and prove a living benediction to our fellow beings. In Spiritual life it is most essential. &#8221; OM TAT SAT &#8221;</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The meaning of Spiritual Enlightenment is liberation of Senses. It is the final verdict of all spiritual practices.There are various methods by which this may be accomplished &#8211; by prayer, by meditation, by work,  devotion, self  sacrifice and self control. Yoga says: &#8221; By meditating on the Supreme Being of the Universe, by worshiping Him, Who is free from all grief, all impurity, all ignorance, Who stands above the conditions of the mortal world, Who is the Supreme Source of all light, wisdom and blessings; by meditating on  Him, the Yogi attains to that state of consciousness which is the goal of all spiritual practice &#8211; the state of complete illumination&#8221;. When we meditate on Him with conviction, then our becomes illumined with His Light and we attain super-consciousness, the consciousness which includes all lesser forms of consciousness. This is the state of real Spiritual Enlightenment.</p>
<p>Transcendental knowledge &#8211; the spiritual knowledge of the Soul, of  God, and of their relationship &#8211; is both purifying and liberating.Such  knowledge is the fruit of selfless devotional action (karma yoga).When  we speak of transcendental knowledge, we do so in terms of spiritual  understanding. As such, there is nothing so sublime and pure as  transcendental knowledge.Ignorance is the cause of our bondage and  knowledge is the cause of liberation. &#8221; TAT TWAM ASI &#8221;</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>MEDITATION is a constant remembrance of the object we meditate upon. It  is described as like &#8220;an unbroken stream of oil poured from one vessel  to another.&#8221; When we attain to this kind of remembrance in relation to  the Supreme Being,  all the bonds of the heart break and it becomes  illuminated by the presence of the Self. In meditation  Shoonayabhav-Samadhi or Super conscious stage is the real Spiritual  ecstasy.</p>
<p>Through mediation we feel the nearness of Divinity. There is no other way to reach to God.  No external power can give us the vision of Him.Because He is the nearest of all friends, nearest of anything that we can perceive.&#8221; He is greater than the greatest smaller than the smallest, and He dwells in the core of every heart &#8220;. As long as we try to see Him outside of us, we never find Him, all our struggles are in vain. But when by experience we find it impossible to see Him outside of us, then we turn our thoughts within and become meditative.</p>
<p>The real Yoga practice is when we try to collect our thoughts from all sources, make them one and connect them with our Inner Self. Yoga means this union with the Supreme Self which destroys all ignorance. &#8221; TAT TWAM ASI &#8221;</p>
