Spiritual Yoga – Process of Spiritual Enlightenment

Introducing the Program of “SPIRITUAL ENLIGHTENMENT” and the name of this method is “SPIRITUAL YOGA”

Be seated n a comfortable place, comfortable Pose or Asana preferably Swastikasan facing East in the morning and North in the evening.


1. Then start Pranayama, (Breathing exercise) as being shown by me in the Video which is pending to post.
Inhale the breath by six seconds, sustain for 8 seconds and exhale by twelve seconds. Continue this Process for five to ten minutes.

Chanting ‘ OHM NAMASIVAYA ‘ Mantra

2. Then start chanting “OM NAMASIVAYA ” Mantra for five or ten
minutes. Through the chanting of the Mantra your body becomes Mantra Sarira You are elevated to the status of a Divyatma – a blessed soul. The Sadhak will start losing evil habits and get into cosmic body which makes him to lead a materially and spiritually vibrant life.


3. The third and final process is Meditation by concentrating the mind well to the Ajna or Forehead, the point of sixth sense organ. Imagine in the mind a Shiva Linga roopa there while chanting “OM NAMASIVAYA ” Mantra in the mind and this will prevent unwanted thoughts in the mind during Meditation. Continue this Meditation for five to ten minutes.

When all the above continue, Kundalini Energy of the Sadhak get awakened and the Chakra system will get activated which may lead toSpiritual Enlightenment in due course of time. However it depends on the concentration that one may put to the process.

It is important that one who do the above process must lead a simple and controlled life in all activities.
